Healthy Joints |
Arthritis describes the imflammation of a joint or joints. The chief forms are osteo-arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, and the underlying cause is too much uric acid in the body. Unfortunately the food we eat today is lacking in the nutrients required to burn up the acid we ingest, and so the acid is taken round the body and deposited between the joints, on the bones, or in the muscles. Deposited in the muscles and we have muscular rheumatism. Both arthritiis and rheumatism are painful.
At one time it was thought that these conditions were a one way street, but nowadays there are a lot of natural remedies that can halt or even turn back the effects and there are many cases where thare have been considerable improvements of condition, locomotion and reduction in pain.
